1. Who we are (Controller)

Zercode Limited, registered in England and Wales (company no. 15970925), 100 Larchmont Road, Leicester, LE4 0BW, United Kingdom, is the data controller. Contact: info@zercode.com.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Identity & contact details (name, company, email, phone, address).
  • Account & order data (products purchased, subscriptions, invoices).
  • Payment data — handled by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical & usage data (IP address, device/browser, cookies, site interactions).
  • Communications (support tickets, form submissions, emails).

3. How and why we use it (lawful bases)

  • Contract — to provide Services, manage orders, subscriptions, billing and support.
  • Legitimate interests — service improvement, security, fraud prevention, and business administration.
  • Consent — non-essential cookies and marketing (where given; you may withdraw at any time).
  • Legal obligation — accounting, tax and regulatory requirements.

4. Sharing your data

We share data with processors/partners only as necessary: cloud & licence providers (Microsoft, OVHcloud), payment processing (Stripe), hosting/IT, our accountant, and authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / IDTA / SCCs).

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal/accounting obligations (e.g. financial records for at least 6 years), then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these, email info@zercode.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), ico.org.uk.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics/preferences cookies. You can manage cookies via your browser and our cookie banner.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Payments use PCI-compliant providers.

2. Topladığımız kişisel veriler

  • Kimlik ve iletişim (ad, şirket, e-posta, telefon, adres).
  • Hesap ve sipariş verisi (alınan ürünler, abonelikler, faturalar).
  • Ödeme verisi — ödeme sağlayıcımız (Stripe) tarafından işlenir; kart numaralarını saklamayız.
  • Teknik ve kullanım verisi (IP, cihaz/tarayıcı, çerezler, site etkileşimleri).
  • İletişim (destek talepleri, form gönderimleri, e-postalar).

3. Kullanım amaçları ve hukuki dayanaklar

  • Sözleşme — Hizmet sunumu, sipariş/abonelik/fatura ve destek yönetimi.
  • Meşru menfaat — hizmet iyileştirme, güvenlik, dolandırıcılık önleme, iş yönetimi.
  • Açık rıza — zorunlu olmayan çerezler ve pazarlama (verildiği ölçüde; her zaman geri alınabilir).
  • Yasal yükümlülük — muhasebe, vergi ve mevzuat gereksinimleri.

4. Verilerin paylaşımı

Veriler yalnızca gereken ölçüde paylaşılır: bulut/lisans sağlayıcıları (Microsoft, OVHcloud), ödeme (Stripe), barındırma/BT, muhasebecimiz ve yasal zorunlulukta yetkili makamlar. Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız.

5. Yurt dışı aktarımlar

Bazı sağlayıcılar veriyi UK dışında işleyebilir. Bu hâllerde uygun güvenceler (UK yeterlilik düzenlemeleri veya IDTA/SCC) esas alınır.

6. Saklama

Kişisel veriler yalnızca amaç için ve yasal/muhasebe yükümlülükleri süresince (ör. mali kayıtlar en az 6 yıl) saklanır; sonra silinir veya anonimleştirilir.

7. Haklarınız (UK GDPR)

Verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, kısıtlama, taşınabilirlik, işlemeye itiraz ve rızayı geri çekme haklarına sahipsiniz. Kullanmak için info@zercode.com. Ayrıca ICO'ya (ico.org.uk) şikâyet edebilirsiniz.

8. Çerezler

Siteyi çalıştırmak için zorunlu çerezler; rızanızla analitik/tercih çerezleri kullanırız. Çerezleri tarayıcınızdan ve çerez bandından yönetebilirsiniz.

9. Güvenlik

Kişisel verileri korumak için uygun teknik ve idari önlemler uygularız. Ödemeler PCI uyumlu sağlayıcılarla yapılır.
